Vaginal Rejuvenation (tightening) : An enlarged vagina is frequently a problem after childbirth, especially after multiple children, or vaginal delivery of a large baby or difficult delivery. Women may develop looseness of the vaginal wall after childbirth or with age. Tightening of the vagina may enhance sexual pleasure of the woman and her male partner, this procedure is called vaginal rejuvenation. It is another widely accepted surgical procedure, one embraced by more and more women with children.
  
 

Re-Virginization ( Hymenoplasty): This surgery is one of the fastest growing trends in plastic surgery. It is a surgical procedure designed to repair and reconstruct the hymen. The hymen is a thin, ring-like skin membrane partially covering the opening of the vagina. Bleeding occurs when the hymen tears, which is typically the result of a woman’s first experience with intercourse, so this type of surgery will pull the tissue back together to restore a “virgin-like” quality.
 
 
On rare instances, a female can unknowingly tear her hymen by inserting a tampon, or during sports like bicycling, horseback riding, or even gymnastics.  Patients with the desire for higher sexual satisfaction may also be candidates for this procedure, because the vaginal walls are tightened.
